The reason most people stay on software they've outgrown is the thought of moving two years of bookings by hand. So we built the importer that reads whatever your old system will give you — and shows you every booking before a single one is saved.
A CSV or spreadsheet export is ideal, but a calendar file, a JSON export, or even a PDF of contracts and invoices all work. Can't export at all? Paste the text straight from an email.
No column-matching screens. Dates in any format, prices in any layout, times to the nearest quarter hour — it reads them the way a person would, and never invents a booking that wasn't there.
Everything found is listed with its date, client, venue and price. Untick anything you don't want. Nothing reaches your diary until you press import.
Clients and venues are matched to records you already have, so importing twice won't clone anyone — and no emails or portal invitations go to your clients as part of an import. It only fills your diary.
